A Note From Alana

Dear Reader,

I can’t remember a time when I didn’t want to be a writer. As a child, I was a permanent fixture in my local library, and soon turned my passion for books into writing short stories and finally novels.

I’ve spent the last several years publishing exclusively with Harlequin Intrigue, where you may have read a number of my stories, but I recently signed a wonderful new deal with Braun Haus Media’s Love and Bullets imprint to publish my Parker & Coe series of romantic thrillers.

I can’t tell you how excited I am about this, and I hope you’ll join me in taking this new journey. The characters of Kelsey Coe and Zach Parker are based on two people very close to my heart, and I’ll be sharing their adventures for some time to come.

Here’s what a reader of the first Parker & Coe thriller, Identity Unknown, recently wrote:

“I really loved Kelsey and Parker, what can I say, I also loved the way you handled the intimate parts. It felt like I was talking to my girlfriend about something I had experienced with a guy. I am already anxious to read the 2nd one. In my opinion this book is going to be a bestseller.”

I’m sure you can imagine what emails like this mean to me. To know that my words have had this effect on someone makes every moment I struggle to write these stories well worth it.

But enough of my blathering.

For those of you who are new to my work, I hope you’ll take a moment to enter your email address on the right and join my newsletter, which will bring you the latest news about upcoming releases and make you eligible for free ebooks and other good stuff.

As always… Thanks for reading!
